Rental Rules
Must be 30 years of age to book this home.
We will ask for the ID used at the time of booking to be present at the time of check-in
Maximum of 6 people at any time on the property
NO Parties, No events, Bachelor Parties, NO Weddings
No smoking, cigar or marijuana inside the house, if you do you will forfeit your deposit
No children between age 2 to 12
No Pets
No loud noise, music, etc. A violation could result in removal from the rental home without a refund
